I qualified in reflexology in 1989 with the Association of Natural Medicine in Witham, Essex and later became a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

I have been teaching classes during the week in reflexology to examination level for the Association of Reflexologists for 8 years in Adult Education in Colchester and Halstead. Three years ago I started teaching a private course in Leigh on Sea, Essex to accommodate those who need weekend classes.

I am also a Verifier for the Association which involves visiting other schools of reflexology to ensure that high standards are maintained.

I am also a qualified Practitioner in Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Bach Flower Remedies and am a Reiki Master and regularly teach these therapies.

I am presently studying British Sign Language in order to incorporate it into my teaching at a later date. I am also attending a course in the Bowen Technique and anticipate qualifying in 2006.

I hope that my diverse knowledge of complementary therapies benefits all my students and will make the process of learning a very enjoyable experience.
